Jollibee - Free Lunch
Exciting news! Jollibee (Jolly) will be providing complimentary meals for our staff and students on April 7 and 8. We will be receiving 200 meals each day.
Each meal consists of 2 pieces of chicken per person. Parents please send additional food or drinks if you would like to supplement lunch for your child.
Here’s the schedule for the meals:
- April 7: Grade 6, 7-1, Bridges
- April 8: 7-2, 7-3, Grade 8, Grade 9
What we have been told is that Jolly Crispy Chicken is MSG free according to Canadian Fast food standards, nuts-free and coated with flour and special spices.
Parents -- Please ensure you also check their website for potential allergens (ie: The use of Nut products).
Reporting Student Lates/Absences
Please be sure to call or email with your child’s absence or if your child will be late for school. It is helpful if parents can be quite specific regarding the reason for the late or absence.

Parent Lending Library
This is a google form for signing out books that School Council purchased from a provincial grant. The books are available in the school office.
Picking Up Students Early
From time to time parents will need to pick up their child/ren early from school for various reasons such as appointments, sports, etc.
The office does not need advance notice of the pick up. Parents can either come into the office or you can call the office (403-777-7720 ext 0) when you arrive at school to have your child dismissed early. We will call students classrooms to have them dismissed.
