Semester 2

We will be starting the new complementary subjects in Semester 2 on Wednesday, January 28. The new schedules will be shared with the students on Monday, January 26. We scheduled complementary subjects as close to the students' choices as possible, so we don't expect any adjustments to be needed.

Zoo School – Grade 6

Grade 6 students have a guest speaker on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from the zoo. The in-school zoo program will support our Living Systems curriculum by teaching students about ecosystems through hands-on activities. Students will take part in a scavenger hunt to explore animals and habitats, and work in small groups to create ecowebs that show the connections between living things in an ecosystem.

Wildcat Market

The Wildcat Market was an incredible success! Throughout the semester in CTF – Enterprise & Innovation, students demonstrated outstanding creativity, perseverance, and problem-solving as they built their businesses from the ground up. From brainstorming and product design to marketing, budgeting, and sales, students applied real-world skills in meaningful and engaging ways.

The enthusiasm and support from families and our school community played a huge role in making the market such a memorable experience. Thank you to our parents and caregivers for encouraging entrepreneurial thinking, supporting student learning, and helping create an authentic and rewarding opportunity for our young innovators. We are so proud of what our students accomplished!
